Renowned Carnatic singer and creator, T.M. Krishna at The Hindu Lit Fest 2026 spoke about his most up-to-date e book, We, The People of India: Decoding a Nation’s Symbols with Suhrith Parthasarathy. The postulate took dispute seven or eight years ago, when he started singing “the unsung verses” of Indian national anthem, Jana Gana Mana, and started asking himself “What does singing an anthem point out to me?” after being deeply moved by it.
