Rubio’s remarks come amid ongoing world efforts to stable a durable ceasefire and rebuild infrastructure damaged one day of the battle.

A presentation shown one day of the dialogue outlined a “Strategic Framework” focused on a US-led effort combined with multilateral partnership, tailor-made conflict solutions and coordinated execution through governments and private sector partners.

Rubio’s remarks come as international actors continue to explore mechanisms for rebuilding infrastructure and preventing future escalation in the region.

Board Of Peace

The White House formally invited 50 countries to be part of the Board of Peace, and around 26 have signed on as founding members of what is being called the Gaza Board of Peace.

Introduced on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum last month, the group is envisioned as an international transitional arrangement to oversee Gaza after years of conflict. Its main aim is to help stabilise the region, rebuild infrastructure, and support civilian administration while ensuring no power vacuum emerges.
