Toronto police said on X that they answered to reviews of footage at 5:29 am (0929 GMT).

In a separate post, officers said they’d no details on a probably suspect and were persevering with their investigation. No motive has been disclosed.

The incident comes rapidly after an improvised utility exploded on the US embassy in Oslo, Norway, on Sunday.
