A Delhi-sure sleeper bus overturned in Karol Bagh within the early hours of Wednesday, resulting within the deaths of two passengers and injuring 23 others, including the bus driver, the police said.
The police identified the deceased as Shehbaj Alam, 30, and Mahesh, 22, each and each on the initiating from Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor. In the period in-between, 26-year-venerable Pankaj Kumar, the bus driver, has been detained and an FIR used to be registered against him at Karol Bagh police station below Sections 281 (rash or negligent using), 125 (a) (rash or negligent act endangering human lifestyles) and 106 (1)(demise by negligence) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
