The Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Khandapada, Madan Mohan Pradhan, has as soon as extra landed in controversy after a lady from the Fatehgarh put in Odisha’s Nayagarh district introduced severe allegations in opposition to him.
In response to the criticism, the girl had approached the SDPO in quest of resolution in a case. On the opposite hand, in situation of addressing her concerns professionally, the officer sent her low messages by activity of WhatsApp and allegedly invited her to accommodations and secluded places with unwell intent.
The girl further claimed that the SDPO threatened to implicate her husband in spurious cases if she didn’t comply. Following these allegations, she has submitted a written criticism to the Director Traditional of Police (DGP), anxious an intensive investigation and strict motion in opposition to the officer.
Meanwhile, SDPO Madan Mohan Pradhan has strongly denied all of the accusations, calling them fully baseless. He said that his predominant purpose is to motivate the general public and assured corpulent cooperation in any inquiry performed into the matter.

The incident has sparked self-discipline, with demands rising for a mighty and clear investigation to check the truth.
“He (SDPO) is always torturing and harassing me both mentally and physically. He is even calling me around midnight and harassing me. He is also threatening me to implicate me in false cases. I am feeling so bad that I am not able to express it,” acknowledged the girl.
“The allegations against me are false and baseless. Many women employees are also working in my office. These kinds of allegations will come. However, my job is to serve public,” acknowledged Khandapada SDPO Madan Mohan Pradhan.
