Talking at a press convention after assembly German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Meloni acknowledged, “I’m hoping that one day we can award a Nobel Peace Prize to Donald Trump.”
“I have faith that if he makes a distinction in attaining a upright and lasting peace for Ukraine, in the destroy, we too may nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize.”
