The closing rites of Samajwadi Event (SP) worn and eight-time MLA Vijay Singh Gond used to be performed as per the Gond traditions shut to his ancestral home in Katauli village in Sonbhadra’s Duddhi situation on Friday.

Vijay Singh Gond, an eight-time MLA from Duddhi, passed away at a Lucknow sanatorium on Thursday after a prolonged sickness. He used to be 71. Round 9:15pm, his mortal stays reached Robertsganj. Samajwadi Event president Akhilesh Yadav and diverse alternative senior leaders like condoled Gond’s death, terming it an irreparable loss to the location and the neighborhood.
