Amid the deepening world energy disaster with the continuing conflict in West Asia, Iran’s International Minister Abbas Araghchi acknowledged Wednesday that the Strait of Hormuz became closed “absolute best to enemies”.
“The Strait of Hormuz, from our perspective, is not completely closed — it is closed only to enemies,” Araghchi acknowledged on Iranian declare TV.

He highlighted Iran’s armed forces had already “provided safe passage” for ships from pleasant countries.

“Field to concurrence by the US and Iran, Pakistan stands prepared and honoured to be the host to facilitate indispensable and conclusive talks for a comprehensive settlement of the continuing conflict,” he added.
US Says ‘Talks Continue’, Iran Denies
The White House has stressed the talks between the US and Iran have not hit a dead end. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a briefing that “productive talks” own been held, at the same time as Tehran insists no negotiations own taken set up.
Iran has acknowledged it is reviewing proposals advocate by intermediaries. On the same time, it has asserted this does no longer imply vow negotiations with the US.
