The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Panchkula, has awarded a complete compensation of ₹36.16 lakh to the families of three crew who had been killed in a toll road accident in 2023.

The victims, Ballu Ram, 60, Nathu Lal, 57, and Fahim, 25, had been engaged in toll road cleaning obligations and gathering shatter reach a parked tractor on National Freeway-7, reach the ITBP campus in Bhanu, around 4 pm on June 12, 2023.

The tribunal directed the choose-up driver, Ajay Kumar, the owner, Sudhanshu Sachdev, and the insurer, ICICI Lombard Popular Insurance coverage, to pay the awarded amounts, alongside side 6% annual hobby from the date the petitions had been filed unless the realisation of the rate.
