Guwahati: As Meghalaya, Tripura and Manipur marked their Statehood Day on Wednesday, High Minister Narendra Modi wrote to the executive ministers of Meghalaya and Tripura and to the Governor of Manipur, highlighting kind gains and the Centre’s enhance for the Northeast.
