A Ukrainian missile assault killed two other folks and injured 5 on Friday within the Russian city of Belgorod near the border, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov acknowledged.
Gladkov, speaking in a video posted on Telegram, acknowledged the males had been members of crews restoring damaged heating and electricity networks within town.
Restoration work will resume on Saturday as it used to be too unsafe for crews to be working at evening, Gladkov acknowledged.

The unofficial SHOT Telegram channel acknowledged residents reported a chain of loud explosions within town and air defences had been in operation.
