Bandra Blasters to face Eagle Thane Strikers in T20 Mumbai opener

The girls folks’s league — a landmark addition to Mumbai’s cricket development — will begin on June 2, with Saima Thakor’s Thane Sky Risers taking on Sayali Satghare-led SoBo Mumbai Falcons.

MCA president Ajinkya Naik termed the match a “world-class cricketing spectacle”, whereas League Governing Council chairman Rajdip Gupta stressed that the competition would continue serving as a key pattern platform for Mumbai’s younger skill.
