Former Haryana CM Hooda blames low procurement of crop on government’s “arbitrary” new rules

Historic Chief Minister and Chief of the Opposition, Bhupinder Singh Hooda has acknowledged that every the make and the producers—the farmers—are facing continuous wretchedness in grain markets all over the Speak because the web portal is non-functional, gate passes are no longer being generated, bidding is no longer taking blueprint, and there is neither procurement, lifting of shares, nor price being made. 

Mr. Hooda, who has been continuously touring grain markets all over the Speak, visited the Sohna grain market on Monday (April 13, 2026). He interacted with farmers, Arhtiyas (commission agents), and labourers.
